That's absolute rubbish.

If you work on a rating of 1-10 for looks, then 5 being bang average, that means there's a huge proportion of people who are below average. Most people are gonna be between 3 and 7. Genuine 8s 9s and 10s are rare.
As are proper 1s and 2s.
85% is a ridiculously high figure you've just pulled out of thin air. Even a 6 will probably have jiggly bits or a saggy arse. People generally don't look better when exposing flesh. Look at the state of the average people in a town centre in the summer.
