sonofrowell was my English teacher at Moorside CTC, what a gentleman he was. On non-uniform day he’d usually be seen sporting his Sunderland shirt, a truly fantastic man.

I was deeply saddened to hear of his death a couple of years after I left school.

RIP Anth.
