Yeah it should be fine mate, I think it's only the longer you expose your ears to loud volumes the more permanent damage is caused.

Thats a relief them 3 days at work have me corned beef, still hasnt went away. Ill know never to be thar daft again and wear proper lug protection

if you are still getting it even when wearing ear defenders you need better hearing protection. Whoever you are working for should be providing this. If you are self employed you need to spend more on better protection.

As someone who has had tinnitus for most of my life protect what you have. The ringing is damage to your ears and it will get progressively worse if you dont protect it better.

The ear protection wasnt the best tbf and 9 hours right near, non stop of ridiculous loud noise. Still not right, hope it subsides soon

You can buy foam plugs for pennies.

Ears ringing/buzzing ever since i finished yesterda afternoon and still are now, i wore ear protection also.

Anyone else had this,?? How long does it take to shift??
