There is no escaping the political angle. Keep racism out of sport if you want to keep politics out of sport. The racists feel more comfortable with all the shit the right wing parties and Yaxley Lennon are throwing around.

It would be suprising because its our own player, but it was only the other day a lad from Sunderland was up in court for a racist message against a Luton player and another that was up in court in November for doing a monkey gesture at Ampadu and another player in the away game last season

Agree but got no issue with people having an opinion on him. Saying the game would’ve been different had he scored who knows, was it a bad miss , yes. Has he looked underwhelming in the premier league yes. Hopefully the scum sending this remarks are identifyed and if found to have season cards banned.

Theres a chance we lose the opportunity for them to realise their potential if we dont. Rigg / mayenda / mundle are just not ready. Its a dangerous game pinning hopes on this strategy. Without xhaka theres a complete lack of nous on the pitch
