Mundle


Mundle would be great to bring on once the game opens up and is more helter skelter. To bring him in for Ta Bi early changes the dynamic where we lose any control by default of his application and lack of real composure.

What did Mundle contribute accross the game?

Angulo missed a chance by skying it, but before he moved right he was showing some good touches. Inexplicably he was moved right for Mundle and his contribution waned.

Brobbey gave away a pen and didn't shoot a couple of occasions where he maybe should have.

We were, again, too lightweight in midfield for me.

But that doesn't change than Mundle is miles off PL level and including him is a detriment to the side.

At least he cares, which is more than can be said for some of the shithouse mercenaries we've had in the last 10 years.
However he's not good enough and that should be his last Premier League appearance for us.

What about our record signing 30 million quid midfielder who can’t pass the ball 5 yards ? How many goals scoring positions did he get into in the 70 mins he had
 
It’s game of opinions , I was shocked when 50% vote Mundle MOTM v pool. Well he was f***ing shit today wasn’t he. The game turned on that shocking miss.

I don't think anyone questions his efforts, and him crying at the end shows that he cares but at the end of the day he hasn't the quality for the Premier League.
