I was in Mumbai Silk yesterday. I got chatting to the owner, he told me they'd been down the Bangladeshi Community Centre earlier in the week providing 80 odd meals for rough sleepers - I've not seen anything about it anywhere though ?

Nice gesture, some people make these gestures but dont want the attention that some folk who do the same seem to crave. Cringy as fuck when you see videos of celebrities giving to the homeless etc and making a big song and dance about it.

I've remained loyal to Yuvraaj next door which is always decent but haven't tried Mumbai Silk (Russell Foster is behind it I think?). Anyone tried both and can compare?
