Most underrated tourist attractions

Versus the other thread, what are the tourist attractions you didn’t expect to enjoy, but did?

Grand Canyon for me. I wasn’t that bothered about it, but was actually blown away when I got there.

Also, Antelope Canyon, doesn’t get a lot of press, but is stunning.

I actually found that overrated. So many similar places around Paris with less hype.

Funnily enough I was considering posting this. We popped along for the food festival a few weeks ago and the centre is canny. Auckland Tower is a welcome addition.

Yorkshire Sculpture Park is wonderful on a pleasant day too. I was expecting it to be turd.
Edit Leeds City museum was absolutely chod FWIW.
