Milan Aleksic - Confirmed

Needs a championship loan really.

Shown some potential when on the pitch and is no push over. I’d be touting him, Abdullahi, Young, Ofunsuyi and Jones around to championship clubs for a loan.

Adil, Ba, Hemir, Matete and Ekwah I’d be trying to flog (Adil likely the most saleable). Anderson I’d likely release tbh, seems a nice lad but it’s not gonna happen.

Adil is also the most likely to do something from the bench.

I'd be happy to sell all of the above listed as trying to flog. Suspect we're stuck with Anderson for a season unless we pay him off. Three, aybe of the loan list to go out. Young is the obvious one. If Aleksic goes back to Serbia, that's a bit of an admission of disappointment/failure. Would prefer him to stay in England or in the Scottish Premiership.

There were very high hopes for this player when the club signed him.

Whether he has failed to settle, struggled with English football or simply isn’t good enough who knows, but last season was a disappointment.

I’d see little benefit in loaning him to another championship club and risk the same thing happening. Abroad would make more sense. He needs to play next season, 100%.

How will this help him adapt to England / English football?
Maybe it’s not a move designed to develop him for our first team, but rather a move designed to increase his price tag?
He could be struggling to adapt and so the club are happy to let him move on, and this loan will put him in the shop window

This is true. A successful loan back to Serbia would enhance his chance of a move to, say, Serie A.
