Aye, I’ve always been a keen people watcher and I used to spend loads of my time there during the summers - me and my cousin had nicknames for most of them based around their mannerisms or how they used to go on :lol:

All very harmless and well meaning, as I say, it’s such a sad thought to think that most of them won’t be with us now.
 

I used to always love going into the members area as a kid, somehow felt important with my junior membership, my old neighbour used to go and he'd look out for us, stick up for us too if any old farts got annoyed at a couple of kids being in, sadly he's no longer with us either.

we had a fire at our school in the 90's and got a week off, went to every day of a CC game, played cricket out the back of the scoreboard for most of it but went into the members balcony, can remember this old fella saying "Are you lads playing the wag from school again" he wouldnt have it that we had the week off :D
