He’s not frightened to have a run at someone but he doesn’t look like a winger and i wouldn’t say he looks like a natural finisher and he seems to have no football brain. I haven’t checked but genuine question are his stats any better than ba??

What’s interesting to me about is that we seem to have fashioned a few of these rapid breakaway one on ones across the season. More than I see from other teams. It’s really quite good. If only we could score from them!!

Aleksic miss at Millwall. Isidor miss last week. Mayenda did score from a similar opportunity at Portsmouth. Isidor scored from the one at Hull. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t.

Thanks mate. Really got to me at the end that he was being hammered online.

I've watched some absolute wasters disgrace the shirt in the last decade, Mayenda is just a kid. No way I'm giving up on him yet.

I think there is more than a fair chance that he has seen or heard what’s been said.

How many times have you seen Ba skin the fullback and hit the bye line? A lot on here have been crying out for our wingers to do just that and Mayenda delivers on both fronts

We do have some posters ( a minority thankfully) who do like to attach their label of “utter shite “ to our players .
Seems an odd phrase to use for a first team player when we sit in the top four halfway through and most are very young lads learning their trade ( and doing remarkably well )
Each to their own I guess
 
Thought he was very good in the second half yesterday. He’s just not very clever and that’s why he just ran the ball into the goalkeeper instead of actually attempting to score a goal.
 
I criticised Mayenda at the end of the game yesterday as I was pissed off that if he'd scored I'd have won £100. However, I wouldn't entertain dropping him though as he is lightening quick and gets us up the pitch. He's a young lad learning his trade and hopefully he will learn from any mistakes.

Should have done better …… no more no less.
And he knows he should so that’s it done for me.
Hes done more things right than wrong this season. Hes the seasons surprise package and
Hes still a boy.

At the start of the season when he was banging them in he was class. Now he’s back he’s been played out of position get romain back and play him down the middle and rotate with Wilson
He’ll be sound.
 
He has strength and pace but his finishing is poor the 2 goals he’s scored against sheff we’d where on a plate and before and after that he’s missed some big chances
