Man City 115 charges.

Not much will come from the Man City charges anyway, there's only the sly back handers that amounts to anything that they're likely to get a major punishment for. The reason it's kicking on so long is Man City are prepared to legally challenge the premier league because they're not the only ones giving out payments under the table. It'll be settled behind closed doors before a verdict is given.

Wonder where he will end up?

Can't see him in an international job, Barcelona and Bayern doing well.....

Be funny if he replaced Slot!
Probably take a year off and either become Brazil manager or be the face of some sports washing multi club ownership model. I can’t see him going back to a club he’s already been at or a domestic rival so that rules out everyone but PSG as Italy can’t afford him or the players he’d want. Surely he won’t ever take the Spain job either so only a handful of international teams he’d go to.

Question for the legal bods, if they get stripped of trophies could clubs sue them for losses, e.g. missing out on Europe?

It’s not possible, they can only fine or give them a points deduction. It’s the Premier League who have charged them who are a totally different governing body than the EFL which also means the way the ELF have dealt with the Southampton situation is not comparable either.
I know Enzo is a God, but wow, that's some reach he has!

Anyone else think the real reason Guardiola is leaving could be because of what’s coming down the punishment line….???
Suspect he wanted to go out on a high and might have given it one more season missing out so closely on the league with a team on the up.

Would make sense if he thinks there is effectively no chance next season.

I think the West Ham and Sheffield United case set legal precedent for this, I think this might be another reason for the delay, not just for trophies but more based on financial losses

That was my first thought. Given how the EFL has treated Southampton, a fine and points deduction wouldn’t suffice if found guilty.

This was long term financial cheating. I would like to see demotions involved to set a new precedent for clubs that this is not tolerated at any level.
We've already seen how they dealt with Forest and Everton for, by comparison, very mild infractions. But we've also enjoyed the farcical fine imposed on Chelsea.

If Citee are found guilty of say half the charges, if then the PL AND the FA don't come down really hard with the full weight of their powers; points deductions, demotion, transfer embargos maybe even removal of cups/titles the message being sent is clearly if you have enough money you can do whatever you want.

Much like what's happened to Southampton the outcome of this, which has been dragged on and on simply imho because they're guilt of all or most of the charges, could define how the game moves forward for generations. There needs to be a very powerful message sent that it won't be accepted. No club should be able to get away with systemic, continuous cheating no matter if on the pitch, off the pitch or financially. We suffered back in the 50's, from being made the scapegoat for what was common practice, and arguably our great club has never really recovered it's standing or mojo since. I can't think of any proper reason, if found guilty, why Citee shouldn't suffer similar consequences for their behaviour.

I don't think they'll be stripped of titles because it then leaves a lot open for legal claims from other clubs (Euro competitions etc). Also not sure they can be automatically relegated without the EFL acception them. Points to a heafty fine and a big points deduction which will as good as relegate them next season. It's got to be 60+ points. No investigations go on this long without them being guilty. It's just the level of guilt that's being negotiated now IMHO.
