It will be Arsenal, the agent has a player there and it was alleged that they made offers previously. He’ll disappear into the wilderness and will end up moving to a club outside the UK in about two years time having not added to his number of League appearances. He will get games in the latest incarnation of the League Cup and be mixing with the stars, but that will be it. Another promising career obliterated by a lack of game time.

It’s also caused problems for Ross. I sensed in his recent comments on Maja that there was some frustration with what was going on upstairs. He was diplomatic but the interview provided a lot to read in between the lines.
 
Players moving is how agents making their big money, they are always going to lean on players to move. Thick f***ing players never seem to work out that agents have fuck all interest in their careers but only lining their own pockets. After the agents little Sky News leak Maja will no doubt get dogs abuse tomorrow although Im expecting a statement from Ross that "his head isnt in the right place" so cant play.
 
So basically now we in a position of having to find a player who`l come in hit the ground running & score us around 15+ goals between now & the end of the season! should be straightforward enough :rolleyes:

I would have kept Josh news in-house but once his agent informed Sky &they report it that he doesn't want to sign we have to repsond.He wants to sign it this agent that has said don't!!! Stay behind him and don't get up his back - we will try & change his mind.

Looks like the offers have been there through last and this season.

You can forgive him for not wanting to sign last season, but he has a clearer sight of what's on here now.

Can't think of an example of a player commited to leaving who stayed until his contract petered out and did well for the team? He'll have to go asap IMO.

He'll be fine. I'm sure his agent will tell him exactly what to think, say , do and feel. And if it doesn't work, said agent will move on to another player and bleed him.

Correct. Alderwiereld just signed an extension that means he's almost certainly leaving Spurs for 25 million in the summer too. Eriksen is also refusing to sign a new contract there.

The manager just yesterday praised Maja’s commitment, work rate, desire to learn and improve in training and said he was a pleasure to work with. He’s also banged in the goals to keep us in the running.

Those aren’t the signs of a player not wanting to play for the club.

Yeah but his agent will make a few bob and that’s all that matters to the agent.

Exactly this. If everything had gone great and Maja signed, we would expect him to put that out....so why not when it's the other way round.
