They don't own the land the stadium is on
 
Stadium naming rights going next but don't worry you little magpies we've just commercially "rebranded" St James Park to - حديقة سانت جيمس it's still the same, promise!!!

I wonder where renting your ground from yourself on land you don’t own is on the tick list to achieve that?!

I’ve just had my shopping delivered by Tesco so I’ve paid for it and now I’m selling it to myself so I can go out on the piss.. quids in.
