They on the other hand have a chance of more points, thanks to our abscence. They pretend they don't care.
After what I have seen of them and the Championship in general, this season, I think even in our current state, we would smash them.

It meant in the last 6 seasons only Burnley and Newcastle have came back up automatically. Two out of the last 18 relegated. I was surprised it was that low.
Obviously there is the play offs where teams like QPR, Norwich and Hull have came up via that route.

Considering the absolute state of the club and off the pitch when he arrived, he did what he could just wasn't enough time, we finished the season 6 games unbeaten with steady improvement, and considering his CV I think we can give him the benefit of the doubt that he will keep us up next season and hopefully bring in some quality signings.He isn't. Scraped our way in to second? We're 9 points clear with 2 games left, some scrape that! Don't let the facts get in the way though.
You have won a string of derbies and somehow that makes up for decades of us winning derbies regularly and having consistently higher league finishing places, not to mention recent european football, better attendances, and still far far more coverage even in the championship. We are a few miles down the road and we can still attract managers of Rafas ilk, and far better players.

Yeah but apart from those times too? They've done very, very well. People said it couldn't be done. That £130m in 18 months wasn't nearly enough investment to win both relegation and promotion, back to back. The double. The whole world has learned a lesson, and don't you forget it.

Anyway Sunderland, Brighton, Hudderfield or even Reading are not their rivals as they have told us many occasions that Man U are.
As an animal lover the one good thing with them winning last night was that no horses were in danger.
