If the pitch is as good as people are saying then I say just bat till we are out. No declaring at 500 or even 550 if we get there. Press on to 600 and plenty and then lets see how they fancy batting for 2 and a half days to save the game.

Let the scoreboard do the talking.

aye, agree. Bat the fuckers out the game. But caution required early on to see if we can deny them that point[DOUBLEPOST=1377732988][/DOUBLEPOST]More runs we have on the board the more attacking fields we can have, and for longer

I hope they haven't produced a flat one on purpose......

aye but if they want a draw then they should try and limit our scoring, feeding us runs giving us a declaration total is playing for a result

also "Yorkshire are playing for the draw its clear as that would edge us closer to the championship" is a touch confusing - you think yorkshire are trying to give us the title?

You're inbox is full mate, got a SM question for you.

Nah scarbs is always a great batting surface once you're in and a very fast outfield

Declare if we're not gonna score

Have a bash at them before lunch

I don't want us to declare. I want 600+

514-8 now, so that's 112-2 so far this morning. I would say that's another session to us. 51 partnership for the 9th wicket.

Pitch is probably too flat to declare.

Get as many as possible to create as much scoreboard pressure as possible.
