Durham 41/1 (Di Venuto gone for 33) vs Worcestershire.
Warwickshire 34/1 vs Hampshire
Somerset 30/2 vs Yorkshire

At Lunch on Day 1:

Durham 83/2 vs Worcestershire
Warwickshire 71/1 vs Hampshire
Somerset 94/3 vs Lancashire

Not a great session for us.

Live Table:

Our score hasn't been updated as we've got no points from this game yet.

yorkshire are confirmed as relegated as worcester reach a third bonus point

chapple has left the pitch injured for lancashire, does not look a likely returner either and they did not select saj

Durham 4 down now for just 154.

Needing a big score from one of these here as a win is not enough, we need batting points here.

Yeah not looking good for Lancs at all. Somerset 236-3, these 2 have put on close to 150. Chapple injured so we have 1.5 seamers and 2 spinners to call on. Aaargh!

Barring a massive shift its Warks in the bag right now.

Our batting has let us down once again this season.
to be fair, we have achieved the joint most batting points awarded, prior to the last game

if we lose the championship, it will be down to a couple of home games imo

sussex and hampshire to a lesser extent as we tried to contrive a result

the sussex game was lost with them 9 down. that is making the difference now

6 down

Durham now 8 down, Warwickshire coasting and Lancs still struggling to knock down Somerset.

Looks like Warks have this. They'll probably get full batting points. We're struggling to even get full bowling points. Unless we pull off a win and they draw then I think it's all over.

264 all out

Arses fell out once again.

Nevermind we have a CB40 final to look forward to, oh aye forgot that was a bottle job anarl.

Suppose it could always be worse, Marc Symington, Danny Law and Nicky Peng could still be playing :lol:

Should win division 2 with a fair bit to spare next season.

Good luck to Durham, though.

Been a real non-event this :-(

I was looking forward to atleast 2 or 3 days of intense and interesting Championship cricket, it seems however that Warwckshire have their game in the bag, Lancs will struggle to pull a win out and we won't get enough points even if Warwickshire do fail to win their game......

Oh well, I'll try and enjoy the final 3 days of the cricket season.

recon any of your players might leave

Gerard Brophy and Jack Rudolph almost certainly and possibly Adam Lyth who had a poor season.

The basis is their for an excellent young side with only McGrath and Sidebottom over 30.
