In the context of the game its been 2 smashing knocks. From his own personal development it would be great if he could see it to the end - difficult ask on this pitch but it would be great nontheless.

been a revelation this season after a tricky start. really pleased for the lad. Y I tipped us to win the league ;-)

If we had someone making big runs I'd think we were certs.

It's the only thing missing. Maybe we are good enough to manage without....

Be the greatest achievement of all if they managed it with an overseas player. Its great to see the start the likes of Rocky, Rushworth, Borthwick. All players that need to be big players and step up this year making great contributions.

Bowlers win games in 4 day cricket which is why Somerset never win the Championship. Would suggest we still have the best battery of seamers in the league and one of the longest batting orders

Agreed but we do have an overseas player in my view. Benkenstein and Thorp are South African and Australian

Fair point! - Borthwick gone need another partnership, might be tricky for two new batsmen.
