Aye but the worrying thing is he's hinting he wants to be part of it and it's not the 1st time he's said it-puts himself in the same bracket as Colly, Benks and Killa. He's obviously not going to go quietly.

99-3 that session. Pretty even in the grand scheme of things. I will say that we MUST bowl them out today - providing we get a full session. They currently lead by 115 and IMO we don't want to be chasing anything more than 200. Of course ideally we'll be chasing less than 150 but we'll see. The wicket is turning but I don't think it's a minefield so we'll see.

He notes that Ben Stokes still hasn't bowled, which I suppose begs the question - should he have been left out and Jennings included? I don't know the full extent of his limits of course but I'm assuming that he isn't at 100% for batting aswell as bowling? So perhaps he'd have been better off sitting out? Of course I, hoping he proves his selection was correct by scoring a match-winning 70 odd in the 2nd innings!

Borthwicks day tomorrow hopefully. A leg spinner bowling to the tail on a 4th day wicket which has been a spinners dream all match. Should really be to much for them. [provided the captain bowls him and does not get to worried about the lead Surrey have got]

Not very happy it seems, doomlords galore! Reading that, they're very worried about going down. To think certain journalists had them down for County Champions :shock:
 
need to be positive when we bat again, dont let them bowl to us, quick 50 by a Stoneman or Mustard will do the trick
