LVCC D1 - Durham v Yorkshire

This talk of outgrounds makes me quite sad. I lived 2 minutes walk from Stockton cricket club and when Durham came to play it was £10 to get in. I remember a game against Somerset and for that tenner, the Stockton public got to see the likes Trescothick, Jayasuriya, Caddick, Hussey and Colly :-(

Thats what he needs to do. When he first went to Durham as a 16/17 year old he didnt have anywhere near the shotmaking ability he has now but based everything on being watchful, excellent concentration and risk free. For example for England Under 19s he was every bit as defensive as his opening partner Chopra. He then modelled himself on Diva, learned all the shots but along the way lost the ability to play every ball on its merit.

This is a bit better. Well done to Stoneman, the top orders efforts will give Benks a chance to get into form instead of coming in at 10-2.
