We should be going for 400. Could be the difference between winning and finishing second.

and we have 7 wkts in hand ffs. We're only 60 odd off their score so we wont end up with a large deficit.

I would take 350 a decent lead get them back in and let the bowlers do the damage. But I would like to see them pick up the scoring rate. Key thing is even if we draw we are still top.

Aye but I'm a greedy twat and we should have been more ahead because 400 was very gettable. Now, we'll have to score quickly to make 350. Which in the grand scheme of things is only a lead of 50.

Looking like a nailed on draw.
 
No need to panic.

The odds are that both these games are a likely draw. We just have to make sure we get the same points as Yorks which seems likely.

Yes I have, it looks very much like they'll draw. We should have been able to score more bonus points than them, thus extending our lead. However we've seemingly killed this game meaning we won't extend our lead.

My problem is, we could have given ourselves a good chance of boosting our lead. But shockingly slow scoring means we now look unlikely to do so.

Unless someone at the tail does an Agar, Yorkies aren't going to have much of a lead. Can't see them winning from here with only 4 sessions left of the match.

Rocky and Scotty will both get over 1,000 Championship runs, that's a huge step up from what they've done before and they've both made crucial big scores. It's a massive positive, highlight of the season for me.

The disappointing bats have been the two 'class acts', Colly and Stokes.
