Luncheon

A few nervous glances from the yorkies now

If Derbys can post 300 on this against our attack I reckon we can do 400+

Great morning for us, reckon after lunch we should try to accelerate through the 200's with a view to having a lead by Tea. Although if there's more rain due maybe we should just bat properly with the aim of maximum batting points.

We have to go for the bonus points , every point matters. If we'd bowled them for 150 ish then I would have said sacrifice a few bonus points and get them back in as soon as, but as it stands we need to get to 400 to post a decent first innings lead anyway.

Precisely. Play themselves back in and steadily build up to 400

All depends on the weather really. All we have to do is match Yorkshire's result

yep, with any extra points gained (even say 1) being a bonus

they are still not on at hove and they will have to decide if they are to chase 350 (or optimistically 400) in the 110 overs or whether they want to get Sussex back in and chase the win[DOUBLEPOST=1379076599][/DOUBLEPOST]
Get a f***ing move on man!!!

you'd be the first to start moaning if the wickets started to tumble

current rate gets us to 325, plenty of time to accelerate once we've made the game safe (and plenty of batsmen capable of upping it once the time is right)
