Look North. Again.

When the weather forecast was announced as wet for Saturday, Carol weaved in “the parade” and the actually said they had “mentioned it again”.
Not sure if she was being celebratory or if she knew it was getting ridiculous?

Yeah, I’m sure I read 250,000, but can’t remember where from.

I was at Wembley but didn’t make the victory parade, instead I was at the QPR game the following night along with 43,000 others
Yep that was the figure quoted. I thought the ground was full. I know the Fulwell End was chocka and we waited for what seemed like hours, with periodic tannoy announcements giving updates on the team bus arriving. What a night.

Lads, nee one is making you watch the local news. It's all shite anyway. Can't remember the last time I saw it

I don’t. Luckily I have the ability to turn my head and mess around on the internet the second I see mags celebrating. I have been doing this every day for two weeks. All it has been is Newcastle United this and Newcastle United that. I think everyone and everything has been ignored. I don’t know if any other news has reported.
It is ridiculous how much attention our regional (and publicly-funded) news gives to the team up the road.

Nearly ten minutes - as the top story - was spent on it today. More than a week after the game.

If we go up I will be very surprised if they spent any time at all on us. They will probably do a 3 minute feature once and you won’t hear anything about it from then on.

Couldn't believe she actually pulled out a picture of her dad and said "This is my Dad, he never seen Newcastle win a trophy" Then the blonde tart, not to be out done, pulled out a picture of her dad and said the same. Unreal.

isn’t that what the silly bint in Newcastle tonight asked for supporters to do….during the week…..something like “ I’d like fans to get in touch with their late loved ones who never saw the Mags win out” pathetic….

Don't really watch local news anymore, it always pretty much ignored the existence of Sunderland.
For those that do, has Tyne Tees done the same thing?
