I'm not a violent person but, tin hat on, this is why so many people seem to hope scum like him get a kicking. He's previously committed a crime, he's got a suspended sentence which is meant to mean you have to behave or you'll be locked up. He's then done what he did which is disrespectful as fuck, especially when there were flowers laid there at the time. And what does he get? The suspended sentence isn't activated and he gets less than a slap on the wrist. Sounds like no community service or owt, just a fine of less than £300 than he can no doubt spend months and months paying. He won't give a fuck and he'll be boasting about it to his daft brain dead mates, it's not any kind of deterrent.

From BBC Sport.

A video of Thomas Fleet relieving himself on the statue of Bob Stokoe went viral on social media.

"The court heard Fleet was serving a suspended sentence for domestic violence-related offences at the time."

Fleet was "embarrassed and upset" about what had happened and that "he's already paid quite a heavy price".

Load of cobblers, he’ll laughing his cap off at the leniency of the courts.

A 24-week suspended sentence that he received in January for actual bodily harm was not activated

Wey aye.. so he goes around assaulting people too.. wonder who he hit must have been a right soft shite to get done over by that wet blanket
