the french game is on bein sports 3 here, bein sports 2 has a placeholder for "Live Football: Teams TBC", so it's either us or the forest game. don't think i've ever watched us on a saturday morning before, i've been strangely looking forward to it...
Brace yourself for a new level of outrage my friend. They've pulled it.
As far as I can see there is no longer coverage of the Championship. This is the worst pre season ever.

yeah, posted on another thread about it last night. f***ing hopeless. i've tweeted them to clarify if they are going to show any games as their site still claims they will do...

welcome to the footballing abyss

Not sure if SEB but....

If the this is true it's amazing news and we'll done to everyone who emailed the club - can't help but think it might have helped the cause. Glad it appears to have been righted!!

Doubt any e-mail had any influence on that. Sounds like the same TV deal Viasat made earlier this Summer for Scandinavian broadcasting rights. Same matches, too.

AAAAAQQAARGHHHHHHHHH How many times?!?!?

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Sharing just makes the crime *WORSE*.

And don't try and justify stealing to me. Its people like me that lose jobs and don't get paid for work because of the rampant piracy and this attitude that its "ok".

Aye if it's available elsewhere to pay for then it's stealing, if it's not then fuck em, if you say you wouldn't watch Sunderland in a pub on a dodgy stream or foreign satellite feed at Saturday at 3pm (home or away, depending on your location) when it's not available anywhere else then you're either not a proper fan or a liar or possibly both.

I can't legally watch Norwich vs Sunderland at all in the UK. Who am I stealing from by watching it?

So what's the best streaming alternative then? Sports mania aren't taking new customers, live player doesn't seem to be available for download anymore.

Just got an email back from bein australia saying there's been no decision about the EFL rights in Australia and at present it won't be shown. f***ing brilliant.

We were talking about downloads such as movies, where it most definitely is stealing.

If the game is a UK Saturday 3pm, then it is illegal for you to watch it other than in the stadium if you live in the UK.

If its outside of that time, or you don't live in the UK, then its morally a much greyer area and something I am also in - I have paid for legal access to watch the football for years and years now and it hasn't been cheap. Starting today, I literally have no way of legally paying to watch Sunderland, even though I am more than willing to do so. The game is being broadcast on BeIn Sports channel 2 apparently, in my country of residence we only have access to BeIn Sports Channel 1. Now with Sunderland deciding against letting their fans stream legally, what do they think we are going to do? Watch f***ing teletext?

Ah, apologies, you were replying to someone on the ignore list so it just looked like your were ranting about streaming football ;) fair enough

We'll be heading back to the days of buying a copy of British Soccer Weekly on a Wednesday at this rate.

Very early days, but does anyone know if any club that subscribed to iFollow had a stream for their game popping up anywhere online yesterday?

I tried to find Wolves vs 'Boro but had no luck at all despite Wolves subscribing to it.

I was hoping that streams would be popping up for our games against sides that are subscribing but based on the first week it looks like that may be very unlikely.

That, however, in turn makes the clubs decision not to subscribe even more annoying.

It only available to overseas Subscribers
plus the mutants never signed upto,it along with ourselves think it only works if both clubs have signed up,to it

I know that, but I suspected someone oversees would have streamed it on the wider web.

It doesn't work if only both teams have signed up, that's a common misconception. For example, when Norwich play us, Norwich fans will have the stream available via their online platform despite us not being signed up.

So without train through this, will tjeir be any streams for Norwich in Sunday? We'll be one of very few games kicking off at that time.

FYI: This website used to be the best place to find out if football is being broadcast ANYWHERE..

According to that our Sunday game is not being broadcast.

That will be because it's not been selected for international broadcast.

You can therefore buy a day pass from NCFC website if you are overseas and as it is on Sky it is most likely to be streamed elsewhere.
