That performance sums up this group of players. No desire in the first half and a complete lack of belief in the second.

Release the players out of contract in the summer and build a young squad - sick of the sight of players like Power and Scowen

Hit woodwork twice
McGeady misses two chances
Keeper made some good saves
Cock up at the back for the second
Gooch close long ranger shot

End of the day, we’re not set up well, our shape is poor, movement has no purpose, no attacking build up or creativity, no urgency, pace or passion. No quality or “world class basics”, no confidence, players need too many touches and not assured in their overall play, too many formation changes in a game, too many player position changes during a game, too much faith in players who are regularly not good enough or consistently making mistakes.

All of the above applies to any of the last 10 or so games.

Thera probably more but I can’t make a case to support Johnson. He’s not getting the basics right, never mind “world class basics”. I’ve no confidence in him building a promotion team in the summer should we still be in L1 next season, never mind in the Championship.
Wouldn't let him build a sandcastle.

We played ok the second half. Threatened a fair bit. We’re just shite at defending
we're shite at attacking too 19 shots, 3 on target.

Mcgeady should have got 2 at least on target. You know he's going to win the game single handed on Saturday..... an probably fail

Wyke just wait and doesnt put himself about play Ross instead

I listen to Johnson's podcast, he talks a great game, unfortunately he can't coach one
He was a plodder when he came in just getting away with it and a fairly decent wage a journeyman manager with no idea who’ll get another then another and another job and do it goes on, we’ve had these for a while now

not going to happen, never does no matter how much money you have. If we're lucky we'll get decent loanees.

the idea we're going to replace a squad that had half of its players play at the championship or so previously, in 1 window, and come out improved is just pathetically naive.
thats the difference with Lincoln and Blackpool look at their loanees from Everton and Forest and West Brom etc wtf have we got

all boils down to recruitment, and our has been crap = and I cannot see it improving short term

He is like, just another chancer, cheap and available
I was prepared to give him a chance, but its best for both parties if he just goes in the summer.

Not his squad but his signings have been shit.

If his 1st window is anything to go by I have no confidence in his judgement of a player

Depends what his remit was and what restrictions he was operating under. The takeover wasn't made official until February and we were still supposedly operating under the salary cap in January too.

Jones was a good signing and I believe Winchester will come good. Hard to judge Vokins given his poor start and then suffering badly from Covid. The jury is out (for me anyway) on Stewart.

He'd be better off letting the majority of those out-of-contract players go and get the squad made up of players who know exactly what he wants and how he expects us to play.

He won't last till then, our owner will sack him during the close season and bring in his own manager if he has any sense.
Hopefully mate or the cycle will repeat and repeat again
Another year in league 1, berserk.

Absolutely shambolic.

We’re officially a tin pot club
Exactly. The fact that 3 of Blackpool's players chose them over us and now we have Sheffield Wednesday in this division renders us no more a draw than a Doncaster.

Lots of rumours that many of our players have already got new clubs lined up. No wonder we’re limping towards failure
