Absolutely brilliant television. What a performance by Phillip Glenister. Although I had to watch it as originally intended and ignore the Ashes to Ashes retcon

're watched both series recently, life on mars is brilliant, ashes to ashes starts of ok but improves. I'd seen talk of gene hunt returning for a third time.

Watched life and ashes for the first time during lock down it's not dated very well seeing as it was only about 10 years old. Was all a bit meh tbh. Not a series I'll be re watching I don't think
