Liam Rosenior.

You just have to watch Man U yesterday to see that football is still just common sense. If he puts on great training sessions and the players respond then great. And I actually think he did quite well at Hull. But you get less time with the supporters if they think you’re trying to pull the wool over their eyes by confusing them and that’s where he might struggle.

if he gets results his waffling and Michael Beale crap will be deemed inspirational
However as most people suspect he’s already walking on ice with his patter making him more likely to bury him

Eh?

The forum are talking about him because he’s the latest managerial appointment in the league. Dyce got discussed when he took over Forest.

How does a manager dress more working class? Turn up overalls & steel toe capped boots?

Who’s once said he doesn’t sound foreign enough?

What is the reason English managers have not win the league for a while? The fact a Scottish bloke dominated the league? Or Wenger how changed football? Or the fact Chelsea & Man City came in & bought the titles? I’d say more likely that dress sense, accents or message boards.
The forum isn't talking about him as a coach at all apart from he doesn't deserve the job based on his CV

"David Brent", wears glasses, wears a scarf nicely knotted, arrogant

Strangely, Carrick has less claim for a top job, yet hasn't become the latest SMB obsession

Two Englishmen managing Manchester United and Chelsea.

I'm all for it personally.

It does blow my mind that two sky sports EFL pundits who used to spend their Saturdays dissecting West Brom v Norwich at 12pm on Sky Sports Football are now managing at the top of the prem. Keith Andrews and Liam Rosenior were both always good value so fair play to them.

Im nk6 sure on his personality as I’ve not met the bloke, but I think he might be one of those who are good coaches but not managerial material. Just comes across as if he’s talking straight from the coaches manual he used when he passed his badges.

Obviously, 2 clever lads.
Get Sky to pay them to watch and analyse matches, while also raising their profile to Club owners and chairmen.
Really like the ex-Cardiff City (and many other clubs) player, Jobi McAnuff. He speaks more sense on his EFL coverage than most Premier League pundits...

Carrick is there to fill a temporary gap, has already coached them & hasn’t came out talking complete waffle.

If you say bizarre things, you’ll get attention

He seems ok but I’d suggest he’s MASSIVELY out of his depth and won’t be Chelsea manager at the start of next season
