I'd replace Speakman with AI.I’d replace Speakman with TM.
Or we wouldn’t let him work from home four days a week which appears to have been his issue with Plymouth.Depends what he turned us down for really, if he has turned us down. Could be as simple as thinking the set up here doesn't work for him and in which case he'd be saving us and himself some grief in the long run.
Doubt he thinks he's too good for a club of this stature but more likely just think it'd work here under the set up.
I'd replace Speakman with AI.
Bundy? It'd be more entertaining tbf-I'd replace Speakman with AI.
To be fair it's his career so I've got no issue with him turning jobs down. It's very, very easy to lose your reputation as a manager/ head coach. He did pretty well overall at Hull but if he fails in his next role he probably won't be getting the likes of Burnley, or even us in our current position, wanting to speak with him.Personally. Don’t know who the hell Rosenior thinks he is. Apparently now rejected us and Birmingham. His biggest achievement finishing 7th in the Championship with Hull then getting sacked. FFS, thinks he’s Guardiola.

Given how vital it is for him to succeed in his next role I think it's absolutely fair enough for him to walk away if something doesn't feel right, especially if he feels he won't have enough autonomy to feel confident that he can achieve the results needed. We don't know why he walked away, but if I was him I wouldn't be risking my reputation on whoever Speakman signs (especially given recent windows) and having to hope I work well with the existing coaches.
There's definitely a risk that burnley don't want him and he might have a long wait. Might even end up having to take something less than ideal just to get back in the game if things go wrong, but that's his risk to take and I don't think he's yet at the stage of having to take something he's not sure about. We just need to look at why we've struggled to attract anyone and decide whether we really want to be headstrong and crack on as we are, or whether we might benefit by making a few changes
Same gibberish shit, just less of bumming the BellinghamsI'd replace Speakman with AI.

Who does Rosenior move onto if he misses out?
JSA probably pays moreThe worry is he views being unemployed as more appealing than working for Speakman

Still was their first choice everyone knew that manI wouldn't mind him coming in, but it's definitely clear that he wasn't their first choice.
