As goofy as he was that’s what I liked about Tim Sherwood when he would say “I was lucky to get the goal there.” or something to that effect. A reporter called him on it and said it wasn’t you that scored. He replied yes but if it doesn’t go in the player is safe and I lose my job so therefore it’s my goal.

This! The manager's hands are always tied if the players down their tools. I would feel sorry for Rosenior but he's made a few mill from it haha.

Chelsea need to bring in someone who can control the inflated egos in the dressing room and sort them out on the pitch.

They'd be better off sacking the clowns making these ridiculous decisions in the first place.

Does a leaked team sheet really put him at that much of a disadvantage on the pitch wise, tactically all teams set up very similar and it's not like his selections have put up major surprises.
I agree with the undermining bit, it's common knowledge who is behind it, then just drop Cucerralla and get a grip of the dressing room. Rosenior has clearly been found out pretty early for the fraud he is

It means fuck all really but it is betraying a confidence which is unprofessional.

Absolutely toxic club top to bottom who have basically played the system financially and failed miserably

Might end up being the best thing that happened to Rosenior getting fired.
He'll be in a great new job in a few weeks with a massive pay off.
 
Supposedly PIF are investors in ClearLake.

Be interesting to see if Chelseas owners keep throwing money around if the Saudi's turn off the tap.
