Liam Rosenior compendium thread

I really feel for Strasbourg, what are they now? Merely a feeder club for Chelsea.

I would not be happy if we were ever in their position, I'd want the owners out if it came to that. It might be different if Rosenior was qualified for the job, but let's be honest, he's nowhere near qualified.

An absolute bizarre appointment. Nothing against him as he seems a very articulate and good young coach but lose a few games and the crowd will be booing.

Do these owners know nothing about public opinion?
This.

It's an incredible punt, as was their last manager. They need an Unai Emery type. Someone totally proven at the very highest level at a big club.

They've gone for 4 managers out of the last 5 on punts on potential improvers and it hasn't worked. Horrendous decision making.

The amount of break clauses in that must be ridiculous.
Has to be, these owners have been through a fair few managers already 🤣
Absolutely mental appointment for a club like Chelsea

Can’t get me head round it
He’s already in there system at Strasbourg so although he’s been given a long contract will no doubt be a cheap and easy appointment and sacking. They have a chance of f***ing their season up as they are on for top four as it is.

Genuinely think this is a Ricky Sbragia appointment to mind the ship until the summer, when they're more able to make a sustained play for a proper manager.
