People who decided on him from the start are the ones deserving of the sack. Way to early for that job and his approach was always going to be eaten alive. He doesnt have the reputation as a player or coach to carry that into a job like Chelsea and for the players to truly buy in. Wouldn't be suprised if the guarding of the ball was them taking the piss out of him
Must be hard to turn it down but in your heart you must realise surely its a bad idea.
