The funniest part is literally everybody, Chelsea fans and fans of other clubs alike, knew this would be the end result from the start. Woefully underqualified appointment. Beale-esque.
 
He hasn't got the personality to manager top Premier teams. Plus players look at him and think what have you ever done.
He can have all the tactical awareness and coaching badges you can ever have but if you walk into that dressing room and players take no notice than your up against it. Some managers just ooze respect with top players, he doesn't.
