Even if he got a years pay at £4m that is a very nice pay day for being totally inept at your job.
 
Must be hard to turn down a massive club when they come in for you but surely when you've got a good thing going you've gotta stop and properly think about it?

Suppose it's not really gonna harm him. Can fail a hundred times in football management and still end up with a better job than your last.
