Leicester Supporters After

To be fair, I did mention that whilst Roberts is exciting to watch, he’s produced the square route of fuck all this season.

I was extremely frustrated with him tonight. I can see why they thought he was good though. Always in the verge of something fantastic. For us, never quite getting there.

If Roberts had an end product he’d probably still be at Man City. He’s great to watch at times but so frustrating.

I don’t think we were man marking on corners in the first half - just assuming that because Jobe was nowhere near anyone when he managed to jump all of 5cm when he missed the header. Was still a good header from Justin mind.

Thought your midfield were very good. Winks keeps things ticking over, Dewsbury-Hall is very positive, but the one I was most impressed by was Cassadei (or however you spell it). Is he on loan or on a permanent deal?

The lack of good striker for us is going to really impact our chances if we don’t get Diallo back. I’d drop Burstow ASAP if I were Mowbray but he seems to constantly start him when fit for some reason - despite the fact he offers fuck all other than running around out of possession.
Casadei is a loan. He's barely had a look in due to the amazing resurgence of Ndidi so that was his first full match for us. Was very pleased he played so well as he hasn't impressed much coming on as a sub.

Regarding Winks, I wasn't enthused to say the least when we signed him but at the minute he's running away with our player of the season in my eyes.

they barely made a noise on the TV like proper f***ing christmas trees
They were loud but it was all weird nervous energy. Like being rattled at the ref and relief when we inevitably failed to hit the target. It felt like those games in league 1 when shit teams were clinging on to a 1-0 against us.

I wish I was as convinced we would score as they were.

Just wanted to drop in and say that I thought you played brilliantly last night and we were lucky to get away with three points.

Always had a soft spot for Sunderland as Kevin Phillips was one of my favourite players when I was a kid. I know you’ve been put through a lot of shit as fans but I’m glad to see your club on the up and I hope you can get promoted this year, especially if it’s at the expense of Leeds.

All the best for the rest of the season and fuck the Mags and the Saudis.

Getting promotion is all dependant on winning games. Beating teams. Both are quite important to getting points on the board. Most of all how many teams you are good enough to beat. I really don't know which ones we are good enough to beat.

I feel utterly deflated, dispirited and despondent right now.

It would help his game enormously if he could use his right foot. Seems like he won't attempt to shoot or cross with it.

They all know it's a waste of time putting balls in the box, as there is nobody to get on the end of them.
Aye, you’re right. I think we should continue to not try & get the ball in the box & just be crowded out before we lose it & run it out for a goal kick. It’s worked well for him so far. 0 goals & 0 assists by the way. In a team that’s scored 21 goals. So as well as strikers that aren’t contributing, we’ve got a right winger too. Mint.

I was working in Leicester once many years ago. Police cars rushing around and helicopter flying above. Put the radio on when I got in the car to hear a little girl had gone missing.

She had crawled into a suitcase in her parents room and fallen asleep. Lol

I spent most of my 20’s living and working near Filbert Street, so no arguments from me. Always support Foxes, except when they play SAFC, of course :).
