Leicester Supporters After

Beats my last visit to Leicester (Filbert Street) when some kernt pulled a knife on me and chased me down the street!
Was just about to say similar...Filbert Street was nee walk in the park back in the day.
Probably coz he's got the sq route of nowt to pass to due to a lack of centre forward for the last 18 month
Talking sense will get you nowhere mate...fully agree btw, same for the rest of the team, cannot be great for morale.

To be fair, I did mention that whilst Roberts is exciting to watch, he’s produced the square route of fuck all this season.

I was extremely frustrated with him tonight. I can see why they thought he was good though. Always in the verge of something fantastic. For us, never quite getting there.
I know what you mean, but I think it's harder for our wingers as they haven't a centre forward to concentrate on:lol:

Filbert Street used to be a shit place to go on par with Goodison full of snide twats looking for away fans to outnumber, it's changed since they moved to the King Power and their support base seems a lot more civilised, knowledgeable and actually interested in football. When you think they made 14 changes to the relegation squad and the players they lost they are doing very well and on that showing the best side in the division.

Leicester miles ahead in the Championship and promoted by Xmas. ?? We must question the gap between prem and champo. Is it getting wider every year. ? If so why ?

Because the Premiership gave them all those lovely millions to spend. More than most in the Championship have. Parachute payments are a joke. It needs to stop.

Leicester should have been nowhere near relegation last season, Brendan Rodgers should be ashamed of himself for letting that happen. Their current squad would easily stay in the PL, I'll be astonished if they don't get 110+ points.
I agree with the 1st sentence.

As per the others. It’s only October and a lot can still happen. Their manager and/or best players could be poached in January. Sillier things have happened.

I think that their team looked good, but would be currently bottom 6 in the prem and would be in a relegation fight.

They won easily said by their fans after the game. What reaction you wonder if we’d have won?

They dominated the best chances. 4-1 or maybe 4-2 would have been fair to them. 1-0 flatters us big time. Patti was MOM by a mile.
Absolutely.

 As if Patrick Roberts would pass anyway.

I still like the lad though.

if were in the prem certainly wouldn't be in bottom 3 at moment

we outplayed them for 70% of the game last night, yet flipside is , we got beat and they hit woodwork twice and pickford made a great save also

That's what happens when the transfer fees are excessively inflated. They're reaping the benefits of selling players for daft money whilst also pocketing the parachute payments.

They brought a player on near the end who they'd signed for £23m

These clubs can sell a few players, spend £20-30m and that should be enough to go back up. Southampton and Leeds have adapted slower, but no doubt this will apply to them too and they'll invest in January. They'll also attempt to unsettle good players from teams around them such as Clarke, Neil, Roberts etc.
