LEGO builds for Adults

The old stranger things upside down house is very much on demand at the moment. Any listed are being snapped up

I have a boxed one in the loft with one of the figures missing I'm going to get down and flog.

Paid 150 for it off someone few years ago.. should clear 300 now
 

Has anybody got the Captain Jack Sparrow Ship? I feel tempted to get it with the light kit, but the only photo I've seen of it looks nothing like the marketing pics.

I finished The Orca part of the set last week. I found the last stage a bit fiddly, having to underpin the hull. Something popped in the dreaded stage 4 keel area, but it popped back so I think I've gotten away with it. It all seems sturdy enough now.

Onto Bruce next when I find some time.

I've got this in the loft. Really fancy making a start on it.

I've got a lighting kit on the Home Alone house like - looks the business.

Am at same stage, Orca looks fantastic but cant say i enjoyed building the front, seemed such a weird way of doing it all then the two blue bits kept popping out. Seems to be holding ok now mind.

Whats the best way of getting a cheap lighting kit for a set like Rivendell? my lads building it now and i wouldnt mind surprising him with some lights but only want something cheap

Not really sure, I've only bought the one set from Game of Bricks.
