I've ordered this one with the remote & sound @Charlestonian.
It seems to have better internal lighting than the Christmas edition. I wanted one with lights on the tree.

I built it earlier this year, the detail is class.

You can access the instructions on the website. I've seen it mentioned it can take two and a half hours to install. I had it in me head it would be best to install as you build, but I'm not sure that's actually the case.

Can't fault Lego's customer service mind...
At the back end of last week I had Optimus lying half built on the coffee table in the sitting room next to where I sit, as I'd been putting him together whilst watching the football. Well tidy up night is Thursday in our house, and obviously a half built autobot should not be seen out once the duster's been round. So she'd put him on the under shelf of said coffee table. Now the bunny rabbits like to sit in the little space behind the couch next to said coffee table. Despite my protestations about Optimus now being within reach of these little monsters, "they'll not bother with that man" she says, we put them to bed, and I completely forgot about Optimus being left on the shelf.
The next day she tells me she had to pick Optimus up from the floor where the bunnies had been sitting, and lo and behold, my little Sophia (she's the most likely culprit of the two) has put teeth marks in a number of tiles, and has eaten the rubber all the way around the rim of one tyre, and took a hefty bite size chunk out of another.
I'm hoping none of it's stuck in her tummy and she's ok.
So anyway, onto Lego... I went on the website to find spares, and tot up how much it would be for the replacement tiles. I ended up on the Broken Bricks page, and found the dozen or so damaged pieces including the tyres, and put them in the basket. Each time I did, to 'help them improve', it asked me to Please tell us in detail what's wrong with the piece to help our quality team make sure this won't happen again. So for a laugh more than anything, each time I entered "My bunny rabbit attacked it". Once I'd picked all the pieces, I put my details in and submitted - I had expected to be directed to a page for payment but it didn't come up. I realised I'd left one piece out by mistake as well, so went through the process again. Lego emailed saying they were looking into my orders. At this time I thought hmm I've done that wrong and they'll refuse to replace on the grounds that they're not liable for destructive little Decepticon Bunnies, yet to my amazement, I've since received notification to say both my orders have been shipped, and free of charge!

I was quite enjoying it 'til the bunny attack! I thought the build on the legs was really clever. I've had to put him on the back burner for now though as I wanted to make a start on the McCallister house.
Lot of space and the coasters are notoriously hard to move around
