LEGO builds for Adults

Fuck knows, but he's got it. Defo a Lego AT-AT with a little man hanging off a rope

Looks class.

Off topic but around 10yrs ago I bought my brother a massive AT-AT from Smyths Toys for a boys toys Xmas present and he still hasn’t opened it - completely sealed in original box.

Apparently it’s very good due to it having blast mark detailing and being a certain brand 🤷🏼‍♂️

Finished the ghostbusters car today, ordered a bonsai tree.

Went with @chriswallace85s suggestion and didn’t put the rust stickers on it, the detail doing it was class though, really took me back to my youth.

Sadly that’s not a permanent resting home for them, got to get a display case for the office as the Mrs isn’t keen on them for the front room!

We went to Bricktastic at Manchester Central on Sunday morning. Wasn't planning to but ended up with tickets which was nice.
Some of the builds there were absolutely amazing. Bit gutted the giant Discworld wasn't there but some very impressive stuff.

I saw a pimped out version of the rollercoaster I have. Slightly jealous. That said, I'd need a much bigger table for it! Still need to get the motor really. It looks class when they just whizz round.

Have to be impressed by the inventiveness of some folk

Had a look in the Lego shop in Glasgow on Saturday. The AT-AT and the Falcon look immense close up like.

Casa McAllister's smaller than I imagined. Asked if I bought owt could they post it to me but they couldn't. I wasn't ganna rock up to the pub with a box of Lego.

Just had to share that my 11 year old son has been accepted as a displayer at Scotlands premier Lego event, Edinbrick in May. The event is sold out and the organisers were inundated with folk wanting to display but they were impressed with my sons Marvel Avengers mocs. Will be phoning him at his mums soon to tell him. I am well chuffed

I was in London today so I popped into the Lego shop and managed to lay my hands on the McLaren F1 car, will plough on with that before I hunt out a Delorean!
