Lee Johnson - potential replacements

That is a brilliant article and makes Clarke someone to look at - promotions with 2 clubs, plays with a DOF and has an attitude that is closer to Brian Clough than Lee Johnson. He's definitely added to the list - didn't know of him before you put this article up but he sounds like a breath of fresh air. Turned down Leeds because the owner was mad as a box of frogs and doesn't regret it - brilliant.

What? Ever. Will I go to my grave hearing his latest excuse in his 30th season in his League One 'project'?
I’m not convinced yet more manager turnover is the answer but Clarke sounds like a great character and a good fit for us.

Wish there was sumit positive to tell

The season is over if KLD has not got the balls to get rid of LJ
1. Warnock won't work with a DoF.
2. Warnock won't play with a style that KLD wants.
3. Warnock will probably retire.
Don’t care but what I do care about and so does every supporter where ever they are for us to get out of this league this season an under this guy it won’t happen and unless KLD gives his P45 then it shows he is happy with failure

I'd expect the club would have some obscure manager from Europe lined up in fairness. I'm not a fan of dismissing managers without a decent replacement lined up but that was terrible last night and LJ def on thin ice with majority of fans.
Always the manager, the players need to take some responsibility

agreed, so why to people keep asking?
same with Keane
What’s he said about Stewart?
It’s all in this thread mate.

That's a good point that's often forgotten. To many of our more senior players should have stepped up and helped the younger players through tough spells. Been a pattern since we've been in the Prem sadly

Could see Pep Clotet being in the running with his links to Speakman and Birmingham but also links to Oxford and David Jones & and the chuckle brothers.

He needs to work harder

Johnson is losing the plot big time

Probably would help if Johnson got players within 20 yards of him to give him a hand

It’s not the players man, can’t you even see that? Take last night as an example, players doing ok… LJ makes substitutions, moves players around… suddenly an opponent not picked up. He regularly messes it up.

Tries to make it complicated for no good reason.

Players changing position during a game, 3 substitutions etc. keep it simple is sometimes the best way with players knowing what they are meant to do.

Seems a character. Someone you can relate too.

given how bad we have been recently Id give the job to Rylan Clark never mind this Clark.

Why?

The players played some good stuff but were very wasteful in the first half. Could have had the game wrapped up.

Second half they were poor.

My only criticism of Johnson would be why he brought Evans on. Should have been Embleton to look for the second goal.

Mcgeady crocked again and Dajaku poor and wasteful though he did try and make things happen.

he bought Evans on because his gut instinct is to protect any lead we have....he has shown this many times already this season...but like the Fleetwood game we couldnt...even against 10 men
