If we are in and around the top 6 heading in to Jan, he'll get another window... if we drop down to 8th or lower and look to be getting of sight of the play offs the pressure will be too much and he'll get the bullet.

I'm not arguing or advocating keeping him, but I'm not convinced replacing him will get us up either. Despite the early optimism, this squad is still lacking in a lot of areas.

Because we have been shambolic from the top downwards for pretty much ever.

We had Bob Murray stability - we weren’t great for some of that period but we were stable, and had some good times.

drumaville, short and the idiot Donald have caused damage that will take a while to recover from.

Other than that, you’ve got to get player recruitment spot on. Playing for SAFC isn’t for everyone. It’s probably not for most professional players if we are honest. Call it pressure, expectation or maybe just shit coaching and a generally poor infrastructure (not talking a about physical facilities), but we have been a shambles. A joke, we are where we deserve to be.

Anyway SKP, who was a fantastic player for us, never wanted much to do with us after he left.
Since losing his coaching job at Derby he’s never been away from Wearside.
He’s got no credentials to be our manager. We need to stop appointing people who should never be here in the first place.
