I think Regis le Bris is a massive improvement on the last permanent coach we had, I have high hopes for him, and I think we have signed well.

Working as assistants to Mowbray , Dodds and Proctor were part of the set up that got us 90mins away from the PL 2 years ago. Last season we were 6th or 8th when Mowbray left. It just may be that Le Bris can see that when left to coach , the two of them are good at their jobs.

You think we're in a better place now than when we had mowbray, Stewart, simms and amad here. Must be mint being so blissful.
 
I’m sure that before the internet, when people used to just go to games, and maybe occasionally see the highlights of a game on match of the day when they featured a big game in division 2, nobody had a scooby or gave a shiny shit about who the. ‘Backroom staff’ were or who had recruited them. But then I don’t recall anybody giving the slightest shit about who manufactured the shirts and/or what the cost of a replica was, so they could wear it on their holidays or at the occasional riot either.

Happy days. Now sadly everyone is an armchair manager and Chairman all in one go. People have ideas well above their stations. They stick their noses into business that isn't theirs to manage. Let the manager and owner do the worrying. It's in their job title.

It's not that unreal is it, it's clearly the way the club is being run and those Head Coaches will have been aware of that. Mowbray brought his own assistant in, Beale was going to had he been here longer and RLB doesn't have his own staff as his previous club gave him coaches to work with.

People getting upset on behalf of the Head Coach when they have no idea what he thinks of it.
