How hard can it be to find a no 2 or coach. Load of absolute bullshit. I’m sure I read somewhere else over the weekend he didn’t want to talk about strikers either. Just what Speakman and KLD wanted someone who wouldn’t speak out against the model. Let the relegation battle commence.
 

Obvious at this point that any manager appointed under this hierarchy will do so under the condition that Dodds and Proctor are on the back room staff.

I’m not sure how any manager could listen to a word Dodds says:

Dodds “I think we should play this player out wide”

New manager “You won 2 games in 15, why would I listen to you?”

He didn’t want to talk about strikers because we didn’t have any deals imminently happening. I’m sure, like the rest of us he’s desperate to see two brought in.

As for no back room staff, I think that’s a huge mistake. The club announcing his appointment together with several new staff softened the blow of them taking an eternity to make an appointment in the first place.

To ‘plod on’ with Proctor and Dodds seems like a recipe for disaster.

Have you not thought maybe that’s his f***ing opinion, ffs he barely has any trustees at lorient he was only head coach for two seasons. Also the striker situation that’s bullshit he said we are working on it and then even went on to say mayenda can’t lead the line for 46 games so we will need a CF

Also to add to this, I’d worry if we couldn’t see any changes but fuck me the whole squad is buying into Le Bris’ style. So clearly Dodds etc isn’t affecting that

Willing to give Le Bris the chance to see if he is a miracle worker, and can completely change the tactical approach.

However, the same group of players plus Browne, and the same coaching team, doesn’t exactly get pulses racing does it?
