With both captain and coach ex-Durham players.I have huge respect for them both and would have thought that both would be good in their respective roles.Beaten again and bottom of division 2. What a mess

As someone said on another thread their position would have been even worse had the rain not saved them from inevitable defeat against the hugely improved Leics team.Beaten again and bottom of division 2. What a mess

I was chatting to a Lancs supporter of 50 years at the end of our home game last season after we had hammered them and pretty much condemned them to the drop. I offered him the consolation that they would come straight back up. He first of all went into a rant about Benkenstein, then smiled and shook his head and predicted they would be in Div 2 " for at least 5 years". Seems like he could be right.
They have a lot of debt but can manage it. Turn over of £36m with operating profit of £5m last financial yearSkint anarl
This wouldn’t surprise me a bit. They keep spending fortunes on new developments. On top of that England games don’t seem to sell out anymore unless it’s an Aus or India test while Blast/100 games are virtually empty.Skint anarl
Has he still not played?? thought he was only meant to miss first 2 roundsHow's Jimmy doing?
100 Game i went to last year it was full, granted it was the derby between superchargers, did read somewhere though that only the concerts the last couple of years have stopped them going underBlast/100 games are virtually empty.
Plenty of gigs on during the summer and I've been to a Christmas do at their conferencing facility. I've not looked at their financials or followed their team that closely but they definitely seem to sweat the assets. This wouldn’t surprise me a bit. They keep spending fortunes on new developments. No test till 2027 and some of their International white ball games get washed outThis wouldn’t surprise me a bit. They keep spending fortunes on new developments. On top of that England games don’t seem to sell out anymore unless it’s an Aus or India test while Blast/100 games are virtually empty.
And the money from Man Utd as they use the Point for matchday corporateHas he still not played?? thought he was only meant to miss first 2 rounds
