Cos he spent about 45m last season anarl :D
 

In fairness he will probably do ok at Bayern, makes it a lot easier having world class players, being the biggest club in Germany by a distance and no doubt a decent influx of new players coming in this summer.
Test will be how he does in next yrs champs league I guess
 
The modern play out from the back game has phased out a lot of the old school merrygorounders and their positions in the pecking order have yet to be filled so gaffers are going from 2-3 yrs of winning nowt gaffering into top jobs they’d have been nowhere near 20-30 yrs ago all ower Europe……….apart from on Wearside obviously.

If you think about how he wants to set his teams up it could be a great fit. Burnley just didn’t really have the players in the premier to do it

It’s a decent amount but it would only buy you Caicedo if you chopped his feet off. Burnley lost a lot of loan players in the summer and didn’t really replace them well enough. The unnecessary signing of Trafford was daft though.
 
He'll have better defenders than what he has at Burnley, but he'll still need to reign in that all or nothing attacking football that he seems intent on playing. Odd with him being a very, very good defender.

Can't see it working their for him, but I bet he's as surprised as the rest of us that he's favorite.
