Went yesterday for the 1st time. Canny pub but got pie with bubble and squeak. Me pie was luke warm/cold, bubble and squeak wasn't the best and the gravy was watery. Disappointing. Nice pint of Northern Monk for £4.95 though.

The Barnes hasn’t been proper pub for 20 year or more now mate , just full of scratters eatin carveries and kids drowning pints of coke .
Still has big potential if anyone took it over , was always more popular than Rosedene
