Would be a massive chew on and not worth the effort. Ironically if they kept on opening and closing it, it would take far longer to finish.
We're going to have this bridge for the rest of our lives, just be patient and let them do their jobs.

What struck me was how different the city looked going between the stadium and the offices at Vaux. I took a few photos and it looked and felt like I was in a different city.

The regeneration that's happening is a joy to see and I can only see things getting bigger and better over the next decade or so

Yes they told me they are doing this and you have to pay a £2 toll charge to get over (another £2 for the way back too)
