Shocking but not totally surprising
What are you basing that on? Why would you not be surprised that someone built a bridge that can't be used? Do you know of any other modern bridges in the world that are shut when it is busy?

It is 10m wide. Two and a half times as wide as the Millennium Bridge in London.
This is the same as the 'shocking if true' people who thought the Northern Spire was sinking because they didn't understand the concept of tides. :lol:
also not allowed to walk with a spring in your step in case it causes the structure to vibrate itself apart
Is that why we are all being forced to learn how to moonwalk? To regulate the pace and ensure we have two feet on the ground at all times?
