If it's where I think it's going it's a bit out the way, it looks like it's more near home bargains than the stadium, I thought it would be just metres from the rail bridge.

That masterplan can't be the one currently being being delivered. There's no Beacon or even Aquatic centre.

Edit, ignore me, ithought the red circled stadium looking thing was SOL but I've just clocked it in the topcorner behind the text boxes.

How long will it be before residents of the sheepfolds estate complain about the matches or the sound levels from the concerts?

They should develop with mixed use rather than just residential

The opportunity to develop other options will be gone forever once houses go on that site

What else can go there? All football stadiums were built (at one time) integrated into communities...then they went into souless industrial estates...now we are going full circle and building a community around the stadium which is great and gives character to the stadium area
 
It's something that people will know about when they move in. There is a residential area that pre-dates the stadium just on the other side of Kier Hardy Way so it can't be intolerable, in fact I know it isn't because I know people who have lived right there.

Pros - Modern home in a good well connected location in an up and coming area which is vibrant with restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep.

Cons - very busy for two spells of two hours 20 Saturday's of the year and a few evenings for night games and concerts.
