I remember in the early 80's a great Liverpool teams let us win on two occasions .... I do know Mig will be trying but the rest of them we will see on Saturday if the line up has no Milner no win....I'll be hoping for a draw..

Mags have played a Swansea team dreaming of the beach and a Man City team who never broke out of first gear. Liverpool will be a different propesition at Anfield. 3-0.

It's going to be a fascinating game and I'll be glued to it. Liverpool will be buzzing off the back of last night and the reserves (if selected) will be champing at the bit. They still have 4th position to play for so I cannot see Klopp throwing that away, he doesn't seem that type of cautious manager. The big guns will certainly be on the bench, if not starting.

On the other side, Benitez does seem to have put some fire in The Mags' bellies and has them better organised. They'll be fighting like madmen with a very vocal away support.

However I trhink all things considered Liverpool will prevail, winning maybe 3-1. There will be blood.

I agree with this lad

Newcastle to romp home by at least two goals. Street parties will ensue across the Geordie Nation as their salvation is all but secured. A hapless draw against Palace, followed by defeat to an Aston Villa side who have decided, just for once, that they'll give a fuck, all but seals their fate as they are required to beat title chasing Spurs by at least five goals to have any chance of staying up.

Owt could happen . Liverpool are like City. All goals and wins then a "what happened there?" performance. And there will be several young players in the team by all accounts, so I'd be happy with a 1-0 to the scousers.

Newcastle couldn't even avoid defeat to Norwich, one of only 2 teams they can probably get above, so what chance at Liverpool?

Even a creditable draw would leave them 2nd bottom and only 3 games left to play.

Liverpool haven't been beaten this month, won most and haven't failed to score since January.

Newcastle's away form is shite and they've conceded 6 in the last 2 games.

I'm guessing 4-1 to Liverpool whatever team they choose to put out.
1-1 all day long

1-1 and the nerves set in.
