Man City were on a scintillating run and look what happened there. It's funny season, any outcome possible. I'll be very nervous watching it (on my prayer mat).

Liverpool haven't been beaten this month, won most and haven't failed to score since January.

Newcastle's away form is shite and they've conceded 6 in the last 2 games.

I'm guessing 4-1 to Liverpool whatever team they choose to put out.

Meaningless stats as we know as are these Liverpool home game results against the Mags.

2 out of 3 games a Liverpool win
2 out of 9 games a draw
2 out of 13 games a Mags win

22 years since a Mags league win with 3 draws and 17 defeats (only 2 wins in last 65 years)

Various stats will normally come to an end some time. I hope to fuck that this time it's again one of the Liverpool results to keep the stats above going but owt could happen this time of the season. So even for fun, for me, it's simply be prepared for the worst and hope for the best ;)
 
Although the Mags have 'tightened' up at the back, they still don't look like creating chances.

2-1 Liverpool. Mags controversially denied a strong penalty shout. Mags look favourites to go down with dignity and moral high ground intact.
